I shot this 4K slow-motion footage with my Sony FX6 of SpaceX's Starlink 25 launch. I was about 3.8 miles from the launch pad at Kennedy Space Center. Unfortunately, the nice puffy white clouds and bright blue sky that I was hoping to have for this launch faded away about an hour before liftoff and I was left with a featureless gray sky and ugly midday lighting. Not a very spectacular launch, to say the least. Nevertheless, I thought it would be a good opportunity to show some examples of Before & After color grading of the S-LOG3 footage in DaVinci Resolve.

Sony FX6: Fourth of July On Golden Pond
These are a few stock footage clips I shot from our dock on the 4th of July. It's a good illustration of how good the FX6 is in low-light, as everything was shot well after sunset. At the end you can see airplanes flying overhead and even satellites passing in space.
